Elevator Control Service offers guaranteed same day response for requested service to disable or malfunctioning equipment requiring repairs and/or adjustment for any reason. Our 24-hour emergency callback service provides guaranteed prompt response regardless of the time of day or night in which a request for service is first reported.

Our personal dispatching center maintains a computerized log of all reported incidents involving every piece of equipment serviced by Elevator Control Service. This call back report contains vital information obtained during the receipt of each and every incident reported to our main dispatch center.

The information received is then immediately forwarded to the appropriate route technician assigned to maintain the particular equipment requiring service. Upon completion of repair, the service mechanic is required to close out all reported call-backs by notifying the dispatch command center and providing an incident report describing his or her findings, the specific time of repair, and a listing of materials utilized in the process of performing the necessary corrective actions.

Our service division is equipped to provide scheduled and/or same day heavy duty repairs to worn or malfunctioning machinery and mechanical devices such as, but not limited to: drive machines, hoist motors, motor generators, hoist cables, governor cables, deflector and drive sheaves, over-speed governors, door operators, door panels and related hardware, etc.

Our modern day facilities and extensive parts inventory enables us to accomplish any magnitude of repair with the absolute minimum down time. In addition to our large warehouse of replacement components made available for immediate delivery, all maintenance personnel are equipped with an extensive on hand inventory of commonly used replacement parts representing a large majority of the different types of equipment existing on their assigned routes.
